Antoine Derville
Antoine is President of Cushman & Wakefield France since 2016. With 30 years of experience in commercial real estate (rentals, sales & investment, any kind of commercial assets), Antoine has a strong experience in investment and a loyal network of nationals and internationals of investors, private or institutional, key users and operators. He is a member of ORIE and the Club de l’Immobilier for Ile-de-France. Prior to the merger between Cushman & Wakefield and DTZ, Antoine was President of DTZ France since 2013.
Christian Dubois
Christian is Head of Retail of Cushman & Wakefield France. With more than 20 years of experience as a retail property specialist, Christian advises many corporate organizations, landlords, developers, investors as well as national and international brands in their expansion programmes, whether in town centres, shopping centres or retail parks. Christian joined Cushman & Wakefield France in 1995. He is a member of the RICS, the ICSC and the MAPIC Sponsorship Committee, a board member of the CNCC and an expert at l’Argus de l’Enseigne.
Nils Vinck
Since 2016, Nils is leading the Investment department of Cushman & Wakefield France. From 2013 to 2015, Nils took the management of DTZ's Investment department after 12 years at JLL (Agency and Capital Markets Group) and 2 years at CBRE Capital Markets as Director of “National Investors” team.
Ludovic Delaisse
Ludovic is Head of Office Agency, Industrial and Development at Cushman & Wakefield France since 2009. With 23 years' experience in commercial property, Ludovic advises owners and investors on their property strategy through accurate analysis of their main objectives in relation to the current market. He supports occupiers in solving their property problems and suggests integrated solutions. His team provides a complete legal and financial analysis of the market and ensures full coverage of the central Paris area.
Jean-Philippe Carmarans
Jean-Philippe Carmarans is Head of Valuation & Advisory of Cushman & Wakefield France. He joined the valuation department of DTZ France in 1998. He started in the team in charge of valuing large sale & leaseback portfolios sold by major French occupiers such as France Telecom and EDF. Prior the merger between Cushman & Wakefield and DTZ, Jean-Philippe was President of DTZ Valuation France since 2009.
