Sequana - Consolidation of the different locations of Sequana
In order to support its development strategy, Sequana, large international industrial group specializing in the manufacture of paper with Argowiggins and distribution with its subsidiary Antalis wished to streamline its 5 locations in Paris and Haut-de Seine in grouping them and consolidating on a single site.
After a complete financial analysis (study of different rents, financial simulations), 32, rue Pierre Grenier at Boulogne Billancourt emerged as the ideal solution to this grouping. This building which was the object of a major restructuring was also marketed by C & W for a year.
After a first phase of audit, presentation of the 32 Grenier was organized in June 2011. The agreement of the members of the board of Sequana on the choice of this building allowed initiating negotiations leading to the signature of a term sheet and then a lease in September 2011. Sequana was committed over a period of 9 years for a total surface area of 5 903 sq.m.The objectives have been achieved in time and both parties were very satisfied of this operation. Sequana moved in January 2012, after La Foncière des Régions, owner of the building, has completed the restructuring of the building. In addition, it is important to note that this operation was the only transaction greater than 5,000 sq.m at Boulogne-Billancourt throughout the year 2011.
