For more than 12 years, SGS had been occupying an ageing site where the facilities and services no longer met the standards and needs of the company, yet where the low rent remained attractive. They required real estate advice to define a reasoned strategy for deciding whether to remain at the site or transfer their headquarters to a new building while keeping the same costs.
