To handle a sizeable 32,000 sq m, multi-tenant site earmarked for significant renovation work, demanding management competencies as well as technical and legal competencies, all to a very tight schedule.
We set up a project team capable of meeting the Catalyst Capital's every need: a Property Manager with expertise in managing large complexes, a Site Manager with an engineering-focused background, a Legal Counsel integrated into the department capable of guiding the Catalyst Capital in its choices and an accounting team tasked with reporting.
The operation is ongoing. Reporting has been instituted and, in relation to the operation of the building, supplier contracts have been reviewed in order optimise the building's long-term viability. New communication tools have been introduced at the site to allow operational monitoring of technical management issues, with the intention of raising tenant satisfaction.
