The C&W PM Department, represented by Francesca Prat and Pierre-Yves Vourc’h as Project Managers, was instructed to provide both Architectural and Project Management services.
C&W Team initially carried out a Test fit on a number of short-listed premises. Following the selection of the new location, the Team developed the entire Design Project to meet Kellogg’s requirements. The final objective was to create an office space that reflected the company image and to facilitate more informal exchanges between departments.
The new offices include meeting rooms of various sizes and a colour scheme, in coherence with the new branding, as requested by Kellogg’s. All of the meeting rooms are equipped with LCD screens for ease of presentations. The smaller meeting rooms for staff feature clear company branding. There is also a creativity space, with the objective of encouraging brainstorming in a relaxed environment.
The PjM Team monitored all the works throughout the entire fit-out process to ensure that the Client requirements in terms of technical specifications, deadline for occupancy and cost were met.
The final result was very much appreciated by the Client. The new offices are fit in well with the Kellogg’s image and include their new branding . The entire project was completed successfully in 3 months and the office space was occupied by the Client in June 2012.
