Jean-Paul Deheeger Joins Cushman & Wakefield France

Cushman & Wakefield, the world’s largest privately-held commercial real estate services firm , is pleased to announce that Jean-Paul Deheeger will join its Paris office on Monday December 3rd as Head of Industrial & Logistics.

As such, Jean-Paul Deheeger will be responsible for developing the activities of the Industrial & Logistics department in collaboration with local and international teams at Cushman & Wakefield.

With over 35 years experience in the real-estate business in Paris, France and several European countries, Jean-Paul Deheeger has worked alongside investors, developers, occupiers and asset managers and has a perfect understanding of their real-estate requirements and concerns.

Jean-Paul Deheeger previously headed the Logistics Real Estate Department at Gecilog, a subsidiary of Gecina, where he developed logistics sites on land to build of more than 1 million square meters. Prior to this, he was in charge of the Industrial & Logistics division at AXA Reim, where he dealt with investments for the AXA Group of Companies and the Investment Funds managed by AXA Reim in France.

Jean-Paul Deheeger has also held various positions in lettings and property development including Manager of the Industrial and Logistics Real Estate Development team at Jones Lang Lasalle, representative at Euriconseil (Group ISM) and Head of Programmes at Patrimo, after making his debut at STGI Lipton, Auguste Thouard and then Bourdais.
