The Belgian group Cassis et Paprika have recently instructed the Retail department of Cushman & Wakefield to advise on their development in France.
The group’s two brands Cassis and Paprika, specialising in women's fashion for over 20 years want to expand into France in both shopping centers and new generation retail parks in the major regional cities of the North and East of France.
Founded in 1992, Cassis et Paprika has a network of 125 shops in Luxembourg, Belgium and France. In France, the group is already present in high streets (Douai, St Omer) and some shopping centres (Euralille, V2, Noyelles Godault Englos and Thionville).
For Cassis, the brand specialises in ready-to-wear fashion for women, they are looking for stores of between 250 and 350 sq.m. and from 60 to 100 sq.m. for Paprika, also specialising in ready-to-wear fashion. The group is also considering shops that offer the dual concept of formats between 350 and 500 sq.m.
Initially, the group will give priority to the development of Paprika.
