The company LCEO, specializing in applications which deal with large volumes of data (Bus_Data© technology) has leased 133 sq.m. of refurbished office space in the building located at 15 Rue Lafayette (Paris 9), owned by a private landlord. In this transaction, Cushman & Wakefield advised the landlord and Optireal advised the new tenant.
The company Atlas Investment Maroc, a subsidiary created by the Tunisian Mabrouk Group for the development of its activities in Morocco, has rented 182 sq.m. of refurbished office space, with air-conditioning, in the building located at 7 Rue de Tilsit (Paris 17), owned by Groupama. In this transaction Cushman & Wakefield advised Groupama and Metra Conseil advised the new tenant.
