Cushman Wakefield strengthens its Offices department

Paul-Michel Roy joins Cushman & Wakefield France as Associate Consultant within the Landlord Representation team of the Offices department. Paul-Michel Roy's mission is to develop this new business line dedicated exclusively to property owners.

The goal of the Landlord Representation service, managed by Ludovic Delaisse, Head of the Offices department in France, is to help landlords maximize the value of their real estate portfolios by anticipating lettings risk and implementing performance tools for lease renegotiations.

A graduate of ESTP, Paul-Michel Roy, began his career in 2006 at Bouygues Immobilier as Head of Commercial Property Programmes. In 2010, he was appointed Head of Real Estate Development, Central Occupier Management. Over the past 7 years, Paul-Michel Roy has contributed to the development of iconic office buildings such as the Farman in Paris (27,000 sq.m.), the EFB School (law training school) in Paris (8 500m²) Green Office in Rueil-Malmaison (33,000 sq.m.) or EOS in Issy-les-Moulineaux (45,000 sq.m.).
