Nadine Bindefeld, DPLG Architect and graduate of Architecture Paris-Villemin School, joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2007 as Head of the Project Management Department. Her team carries out fit-outs and refurbishments of offices and retail space, from the specifications phase, right through to the final delivery of the refurbished space on behalf of occupiers, retailers and landlords. Amongst the team’s most recent achievements, we should mention the fit-out of Kellogg's headquarters (Copernic in Noisy-le-Grand, 3,500 sq.m.), moving the EDF CNEN team to a single site (Park Azur in Montrouge 24,000 sq.m.), the renovation of Foot Locker stores and the opening of the first flagship store in France for retailer Ugg.
Ariane Menu, MRICS, with a Master’s Degree in Economics and Management (Paris Sorbonne), is a Senior Consultant in the Key Accounts team within the Office Department. Ariane has over 12 years experience in consulting and manages commercial real estate transactions over 4,000 sq.m. in Ile-de-France. Acting on behalf of both occupiers and owners, Ariane has advised renowned companies such as Boursorama in the leasing of office building You (9,000 sq.m.) in Boulogne-Billancourt, Sofinel, a subsidiary of EDF and Areva in their move to the Viva office building (8,500 sq.m.) in Malakoff, AEW Europe in the leasing of 8,300 sqm to the Nuclear Safety Authority in Palatis Montrouge or Centuria Capital in the leasing to EDF CNEN on Azur Park (24,000 sqm) in Montrouge.
