Thomas Derejac has joined the Asset & Property Management department of Cushman & Wakefield France as Associate and Retail Asset Manager.
Thomas Derejac will be responsible for the operational management of a large portfolio of retail assets, including shopping centres in particular. He will actively seek to develop new business for this type of asset.
Thomas Derejac has a master’s degree in business law and 15 years’ experience working with key investors and shopping centre owners (including property companies and asset managers on behalf of third parties). Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Thomas Derejac worked at LaSalle Investment Management as an Asset Manager. Previously, he held the position of Legal Director at Corio Real Estate and Hammerson.
