Maud Desmaris joins the Asset Management department at Cushman & Wakefield France

Maud Desmaris has joined the Property Asset Management department, directed by Stéphane Bureau, as a Legal Adviser. She will be responsible for all legal matters relating to the department’s management mandates in conjunction with the London team.

Maud has a DESS in International Business, and also did a degree course at the ICH. She started her career in 2003 at Loiselet & Daigremont as a property lawyer in charge of a portfolio of 400 commercial and residential properties. In 2007 she joined Unibail-Rodamco as a Rental lawyer. In 2009 she was appointed Property lawyer and amongst other things, had the responsibility for a portfolio of 20 assets with a total value of 5 billion Euros. This portfolio comprised existing shopping centres and centres under construction including 4 Temps, So Ouest, Carrousel du Louvre and Carré Sénart.
