Etude Cheuvreux Notaires relocates to Boulevard Haussmann in Paris

The notary Etude Cheuvreux Notaires will relocate all its teams to the same building by the end of the year. The firm has let approximately 5,500 sq.m. of office space in the 55/57 boulevard Haussmann property.
This is an opportunity for one of the top notaries of Paris to move its 240 employees specialised in three business lines i.e. Real Estate Law, Public Law and Patrimonial Law to the same location and pursue its strategy of knowledge sharing and project working.
Owned by MEAG, this office property comprises a total of 6,500 sq.m. of office space and is currently undergoing refurbishment. The building is expected to obtain the following Labels and Certifications: NF HQE – Renovation of a Commercial Building (2012), Effinergie Renovation Label (2009) and BREEAM Europe - Office (2009).
55/57 Boulevard Haussmann will be delivered at the end of March and should be the first Haussmannian builing to obtain the BREEAM certification with an “Excellent” rating.
In this deal, Etude Cheuvreux Notaries were advised exclusively by Cushman & Wakefield, who were also instructed by the landlord, MEAG.
Etude Cheuvreux have also instructed the Project Management team of Cushman & Wakefield on the design and fitting-out of the new office space.
This transaction has allowed Cushman & Wakefield to rent out 80% of the available space in the building.
