In line with its development strategy and wish to offer its employees modern and environmentally friendly workspaces, the company Astellas Pharma has let 3,200 sq.m of office space in the Espace Seine building, effective from June 2014.
Owned by Generali Real Estate, Espace Seine is a highly efficient building providing more than 22,000 sq.m. of flexible office space and boasting numerous environmental labels, including HQE ® Renovation, BREEAM very good and VHEP new. Located on the river Seine, opposite the Ile de la Jatte park, Espace Seine benefits from a privileged location near Paris and La Defense (26 Quai Michelet in Levallois-Perret) at the foot of Pont de Levallois underground station.
Founded in 2005 from the merger between Fujisawa and Yamanouchi, Astellas Pharma has established itself as a major player in the field of transplantation, urology, anti-infectives, dermatology, pain and lately oncology. The leading Japanese group in France, Astellas France employs over 270 people and generated a turnover of € 200 million in 2013.
Astellas Pharma has also leased 70 parking spaces and 110 sq.m. of additional space (archives).
In this transaction Cushman & Wakefield advised Astellas Pharma and achieved the first signature on this iconic building.
