To support its expansion strategy in France, the membership warehouse club, Costco Wholesale Corporation, instructs Cushman & Wakefield France for its development.
With a network of over 650 warehouses worldwide, Costco Wholesale Corporation, wants to expand its business in France dynamically on sites of between 2.9 and 5 hectares, comprising a surface about 14 000 sq.m. and 800 parking spaces.
Several sites are currently under consideration in the Paris region and in major regional cities of France (Bordeaux, Lyon, Marseille, Nice, Toulouse ...).
Costco Wholesale Corporation specializes in the sale of high quality, branded products and services at low prices (food, household goods, clothing and sports equipment, books, toys, jewellery, televisions, hardware, cameras, printing, etc.). The group's activity is provided through a network of warehouses accessible to individuals and businesses who have subscribed to an annual membership fee.
