In order to centralize all of its teams in the same location, Soletanche-Freyssinet Group, the world leader in soil, structures and nuclear, will move its headquarters to the EKO building this summer, located at 278 bis Avenue Napoleon Bonaparte in Rueil-Malmaison (Paris region), on an area of about 12,000 sq.m.

Owned by SCPI EDISSIMMO, managed by Amundi Immobilier, EKO is an office property of 14,660 sq.m. on 6 levels, and organized around a central patio. For the comfort and efficiency of its users, EKO fits in perfectly with the surrounding vegetation whilst offering the latest in services and amenities, including a restaurant with a view on the interior garden, meeting rooms, 412 private inside parking spaces on 2 levels, 111 outdoor parking spaces including 10 parking spaces for electric cars, parking spaces for bikes and storage space in the basement.

The EKO building was completely refurbished and has obtained the High Quality Environmental certification.
In this transaction, Soletanche-Freyssinet Group was advised by Cushman & Wakefield, who was also appointed by the owner Amundi Immobilier on behalf of SCPI EDISSIMMO.

This signature has allowed Cushman & Wakefield to rent 85% of the available space in the building and make the first transaction over 10,000 sq.m. in Rueil-Malmaison since 2012.
