In accordance with their development strategy in France, Cushman & Wakefield have strengthened their Capital Markets team.
Antoine Grignon, Partner, has been promoted Manager of Retail Investment. In this new role, Antoine Grignon will manage the Retail Investment team alongside Thierry Juteau, Managing Director and Head of the Capital Markets team, and will be in charge of strategic sales mandates. Holder of an MSc in Management, majoring in Finance, (Paris Dauphine) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Commerce & International Management (Paris, Panthéon Assas), Antoine Grignon, 34, joined Cushman & Wakefield France in 2003 as a Consultant within the Capital Markets Group. He was made Associate in 2008 then Partner in 2011. Antoine Grignon is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI). Among his recent successes, Antoine can count the acquisition of a portfolio of four assets located within the Paris area, at Laval and Rouen, with a volume of 104M€ (vendor Coria/buyer Seefar), the acquisition of a portfolio of five shopping centers for Allianz at a value of 450M€ (vendor Altarea) as well as the sale of the Val Thoiry shopping center for a volume of 110M€ (vendor Vastned/buyer ECP).
Benjamin Sebban has been promoted Consultant within the Retail Investment team. In his new role, Benjamin Sebban will be charged with the development of relations with private and institutional investors under Antoine Grignon, team manager. Holder of An MSc in Management, majoring in Finance (Paris Dauphine) and an Executive Masters in Finance in Real Estate (Paris Dauphine), Benjamin Sebban, 27, joined the Capital Markets Group of Cushman & Wakefield in 2011 as an Analyst. Benjamin Sebban has, among other projects, participated in the sale of a portfolio consisting of 94 branches of Speedy, the sale of the Delta Wave portfolio for a volume of 45.5M€ (vendor Vastned/buyers Sodify and a private investor), as well as the sale of White Parc for a volume of 35M€ (vendor CODIC/buyer DBAWM).
Ariel Spira joined the Capital Markets department as an Analyst. In his new role, Ariel Spira will work on the commercialization of office, retail and industrial assets, in close collaboration not only with the Analytical team led by Agathe Pouget-Abadie, but also with the French and EMEA Capital Markets teams. Ariel Spira, 27, holds a Masters in Management from the International Business School, majoring in International Business Management, a diploma in Corporate Finance & Strategic Management (Shanghai University of Finance & Economics), and a diploma in Marketing Management (Madrid, Universidad Complutense). Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Ariel Spira was an Analyst at Knight Frank.
