Cushman & Wakefield France strengthened its Office Agency department with the arrival of two professionals, Dimitri Lamy-Coulountjios and Michael Peyrelade.

"2014 will be a record year for the Office Agency of Cushman & Wakefield France. These good results reflect the work done in recent years by the whole team. After recruiting Christophe Gay, the arrival of Michael and Dimitri shows that 2015 will be the year of the development of Cushman & Wakefield in small and medium surfaces", said Ludovic Delaisse, Head of Office Agency & Development Department.

Dimitri Lamy-Coulountjios joined the Office Agency department as Consultant within the Paris Region team. With 8 years of experience in commercial real estate, Dimitri Lamy Coulountjios, began his career in 2003 as an Account Manager at Canon France. After being Real Estate Agent at J.A.C. Real Estate, he joined DTZ in 2007 as Negotiator and participated to the development of the new agency of Nanterre (Paris region). Prior joining Cushman & Wakefield, Dimitri Lamy-Coulountjios was Manager Negotiator at Olympus Transaction.

Mickaël Peyrelade joined the Office Agency department as Consultant specialized in small and medium surfaces, within the Paris team. With 8 years of experience in business development, Mickaël Peyrelade, began his career in 2002 at Daimler Chrysler as Account Manager. After a two-year experience as Project Manager within the Sella Communication Group, he joined Gemofis in 2006 and participated to the development of the supply market "Great West" before joining the team Gemofis Paris in 2010.

With a team of 40 employees, the Office Agency department of Cushman & Wakefield France developed four main activities: “Paris Region district” under the responsibility of Christopher Gay, “Paris district” under the responsibility of Nicolas Treich, and “Key Accounts” and “Landlord representation”, both activities under the responsibility of Ludovic Delaisse.
