In line with its development strategy, in summer 2015 the French headquarters of Cushman & Wakefield, the world’s largest privately‐held commercial real estate services firm, will move into the 5th and 6th floors of the office building Etoile Saint-Honoré, located 21-23-25 rue Balzac in Paris, a surface of 2,180 sq.m.
Owned by Commerz Real, Etoile Saint-Honoré is a property that benefits from both a strategic location in the heart of the Central Business District of Paris and excellent transport accessibility thanks to its close proximity to Place Charles-de-Gaulle-Etoile. This building contains 26,000 sq.m. of office space and a 2,500 sq.m. business center with a food court, an auditorium with 165 seats and modular conference rooms.
"This new location will allow us to strengthen the synergies between our teams and continue the Cushman & Wakefield's growth strategy in France, which now has more than 200 professionals. Thanks to its prime location, accessibility, architectural quality and diversity of its services, the Etoile Saint-Honoré building will help us achieve our future development goals and deploy faster services with the ambition, creativity, quality services and the team spirit that we hold so close to our heart", said Olivier Gérard, President of Cushman & Wakefield France.
Commerz Real has commissioned the agency Axel Schoenert architects for the design of the future Etoile Saint-Honoré.
