AREVA and DEKA IMMOBILIEN, respectively lessee and lessor of the office building located at 33 rue Lafayette in the Central Business District of Paris, agreed on terms to release Areva from 50% of their lease obligations.
At the same time, RICHEMONT signed a lease agreement starting February 1st, 2015 for approx. 12,000 m² of office space. Thanks to this three party deal, DEKA IMMOBILIEN secured a new tenant on a 9 year fixed term lease while RICHEMONT found the space that perfectly matched their requirements.
CUSHMAN & WAKEFIELD acted as a broker for both RICHEMONT and DEKA IMMOBILIEN.
The building belongs to the German open-ended fund « Deka Immobilien Europa ».
