Simon Maurel, Head of the International Tenant Representation of the Retail department of Cushman & Wakefield France

Cushman & Wakefield, the world's largest privately‐held commercial real estate services firm, is pleased to announce that Simon Maurel joins the French Retail team as Partner, Head of International Tenant Representation, comprising a team of four professionals.
As part of his new responsibilities, Simon Maurel will implement marketing and development missions with international brands, working together with Cushman & Wakefield’s national and international talents. Simon Maurel will be participating closely with the International Retail Group, accompanying brands in their pan-European development.
Master’s Degree in Economics and Business from Sciences Po Paris, and prize-winner for the Faculty of political science’s L’Oréal Marketing Award, Simon Maurel, 37 years old, began his career in 2000 at JCDecaux in New York as Director of Mall Properties. In 2005, he joined Unibail-Rodamco in Paris as Leasing Manager France, where he will be nominated Head of Leasing Portfolio France in 2007 and Senior Group Leasing Manager in 2009. Before joining Cushman & Wakefield France, Simon Maurel was Senior Real Estate Manager EU for Apple in London since 2011.
